Shipping policy
- Online orders are processed within one (1) - two (2) business days (excluding weekends & holidays) and they will be shipped as soon as possible assuming items are IN-STOCK.
- You have the option of shipping via UPS or USPS.
- Please note that UPS or USPS may encounter delays due to holidays, bad weather, and/or other unforeseen circumstances.
- As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your USPS tracking number.
- Please allow twenty-four (24) hours for UPS or USPS to update their website with your tracking information.
- To track your shipment via USPS refer to your order confirmation email for the tracking number; visit www.usps.com and enter your tracking number.
- SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE - offered to local customers only in Deltona, Deland, Debary, Sanford and Lake Mary that purchase a minimum of $99.00 - orders placed before 12pm will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the next day. Same day delivery is for new orders only and NOT for returns. (SEE RETURN AND EXCHANGES POLICY)
- We DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. Boxes, Military APO/FPO addressed or mailing facilities.
PLEASE NOTE - When there is a valid proof of delivery, we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages in the even that you are not home or are out of town.
PLEASE NOTE - If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) or UPS directly at 1-800-742-5877
